General Terms and Conditions
Application Area The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via our online shop.
A consumer is a natural person who performs a legal transaction mainly for purposes other than non-commercial or self-employment activities. An entrepreneur is a natural person, legal entity or partnership with legal capacity, who carries out commercial or professional activities.
The following applies to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses contractual terms that are contrary to these terms or additional contractual terms, their validity is hereby rejected; however, they only become part of the contract if we expressly agree to them.

By adding products to the online store, we offer to enter into a contract for those products. Initially, you can put our products in your cart, but you are under no obligation and can correct your additions at any time with the editing tools before submitting an order. The contract is completed when you accept the products in your cart by clicking the "Place Order" button. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting an order.

We save the contract text and send you your order data and our general terms and conditions as text. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
DELIVERY TERMS
We deliver free of charge.
We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your products personally.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
PAYMENT
The following payment methods are usually available in our shop:
• Credit Card Enter your credit card details during the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after the order.
• PayPal, PayPal Express To pay the invoice amount via the payment provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et C.A., you must be registered with PayPal, log in and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after the order. You will receive more information during the order.
• I'll talk to Klarna To pay the invoice amount via the Sofort GmbH payment service provider, you must have an active bank account for online banking, perform the necessary authentication and confirm the payment instruction. Payment from your account will be made immediately after the order. You will receive further information during the order.
• Google Pay To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd. you must be registered with Google, activate Google Pay, log in and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is processed immediately after the order. You will receive more information at the time of ordering.
• Apple Pay To pay the invoice amount through the Apple Inc. payment service provider, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, enable Apple Pay, authenticate yourself and confirm the payment instruction. The payment is processed immediately after the order. You will receive more information at the time of ordering.
• Klarna In cooperation with payment service provider Klarna Bank AB, we offer the following payment options. Payment with Klarna is only available for consumers. Unless otherwise stated, payment with Klarna requires an address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You receive more information about each payment option and the order process.
Calculate Purchase with Klarna The invoice amount must be paid 14 days after shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel as described in our cancellation policy. A voluntary right to cancel is not granted for entrepreneurs.
PROPERTY
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
The following also applies to entrepreneurs: We retain ownership of the goods until all claims arising from commercial relations have been paid in full. You may sell the goods in the
normal course of business without any obligation regarding loss of ownership; you transfer all claims arising from this sale to us in advance - even if the ownership of the goods is mixed or combined with a new item - and we accept this transfer. The customer is authorized to collect the receivables, but we may also collect them if the customer fails to fulfill its payment obligations. At your request, we may waive our warranty rights, but only if the realization value of the warranties is more than 10% higher than the receivables.
WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory right of liability applies.
The following limitations and abbreviations of terms do not apply to damages claimed for losses caused by us, our legal representatives or our vicarious agents:
• In case of injuries to life, organs or health,
• In case of willful or serious negligent breaches of duty and fraudulent intent,
• In case of breach of basic contractual obligations (these obligations are necessary for the correct performance of the contract and are obligations on which the parties can always rely),
• In case of a guarantee, if agreed,
• Cases where the law on liability for product defects applies.
Restrictions for entrepreneurs:
With regard to entrepreneurs, contractual provisions regarding the quality of the goods shall only apply to our knowledge; we are not responsible for public statements or other advertising statements made by the manufacturer. For entrepreneurs, the period of action against defects in newly manufactured goods is one year from the date of transfer of risk.
The statutory rights of recourse remain valid according to § 445a BGB.
RULES OF TRADE
According to the German Commercial Code (HGB), there is an obligation for traders to inspect and report defects. If the notification specified therein is not made, the goods are deemed accepted, but this is not the case if there is an invisible defect in the goods. If the defect is concealed, this is not valid.
8.2 WARRANTIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
The applicable additional guarantees and their conditions are included with the product and on the special information pages of the online shop.
RESPONSIBILITY
At all times, we are fully liable for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or our vicarious agents:
• Injuries to life, organs or health,
• Willful or serious negligent breaches of duty,
• Warranty obligation, if agreed,
• Where the law on liability for product defects applies.
In the event of a breach of the basic obligations of the contract, the liability of us, our agents or assistants, even in the case of slight negligence, for the obligations necessary for the correct fulfillment of the contract and which can always be relied upon, shall only apply to damages foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
Apart from that, claims for compensation are excluded.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), available here: [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration tribunal.
