Payment and Delivery
For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card upon completion of the order. If the order is canceled or canceled due to stock issues, the payment to the credit card will be refunded within 14 business days.
Delivery
We are committed to same day delivery of ordered products. For products that need to be procured, the delivery time will be 3 working days as indicated in the product details. In case of delivery delay, you will be informed.
In order for the delivery of the product to be made without interruption, you must provide the address of your workplace during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method you specify at the end of the order. Our company is located in Milan and the products will be sent via a local transportation company. Orders will be delivered to the transportation company within three working days after confirmation.
You can contact our customer representative about delivery conditions. Also, cargo deliveries are only available for ITALY.
Payment Tracking
If the system is unable to process the transaction for any reason, the visitor will be notified on the checkout page.
If an error occurs at the specified address, the order holder will be contacted about the undeliverable order.
The validity of the e-mail address indicated by the visitor will be confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the transfer of the order.
We are responsible for the realization of the delivery together with the bank where we use the credit card system.

If you think that the package is damaged, open and check it in front of the company official from whom you received it. If the product is damaged, do not accept it and report it to the transportation company.
Upon receipt of the product, the transportation company is deemed to have fully fulfilled its obligation.
